Screwstons Kitchen (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Texas

I’ve been following them on Instagram after Houston Foodies featured them. I was excited to try them since they were on my side of town. Unfortunately, my family was very disappointed. Small Portions, small wings. Wings sauces were weak in flavor also. The chicken sandwich was super thin and very lightly breaded so it did not hold the sauce and crisp. The sauce made it soggy during the 5 minute trip home.

I ordered the honey hot chicken sandwich with a side of fries and goodness was it good! The sauce was perfect and really complimented the heat of the chicken. The chicken was HUGE. I love that they give you sriracha ketchup with your fries, that stuff is amazing! Look forward to trying more! Only downside is the truck isn’t that visible so I can see why there aren’t that many reviews but...
