Leonard Meat — Local services in Topeka

Not really a meat market TO ME!!! (My personal opinion.) First, I was expecting the extremely cold temperature of most meat markets, and the raw smell of blood, meat & fish... But NOT as much! I was also expecting blocks, slabs, and an abundance of meat being salted, cut, wrapped, and waiting to be chopped down for BULK purchases! Instead I had the choice of individual vacuum sealed steaks, sausages, and fish! Also medium & large bags of nuggets, fish bites, and cheese sticks! Odd, right?!

I was looking for the Roasts, some Lamb chops, Pork Chops, and so on... But nope! It was my first time there, and I've never seen anything like it!!!

As for me, I found it very out of the norm compared to ALL meat markets I've shopped in other states in the Midwest.

I did grab a few items because of the freshness of what they had, and also how the store was VERY clean and sanitized.

I will shop there again, but ONLY if I am...

We were looking for a meat locker with a good price on meat bundles and decided to give these guys a try. 100% satisfied with everything we've purchased so far. Our first purchase was two family bundles which was 42lbs of meat and it lasted us almost 2 months with a family of 3 that also feeds 4 other elder family members on occasion.
