Highly unprofessional staff. They put an interlock device in my vehicle that is not owned by the person who needed the device. The bill is being transferred to the original owner of the interlock and is scheduled to be taken out of my vehicle in a week. Yet they will not calibrate it until the bill is paid, which means the car will shut down. They will not let me leave it on the lot for the week (even though they have allowed 3 other vehicles to be left there) and expect me to pay for it to be towed back. They blame the company who sent them the paperwork for installation and are taking no responsibility for their actions. The manager would not pull the file and find that company's phone number for me. She would not transfer me to speak with her higher up and said he's in a conference and doesn't know when he will be available. Very rude, wouldn't listen, talked over me and laughed when I was upset. Not to mention the whole time the device has been in the vehicle it has killed the battery numerous times. The company told my daughter it was the battery even though it's only 2 years old. The equipment has quit working and had to be replaced twice. I do not recommend using...
