Disregard the negative review that guy left about this place. Within the last couple years whilst passing through Topeka I had stopped by to only see the front door/windows boarded up with a sign posted.. Closed. Disappointed to say the least I hadn't looked too much into as if the boutique had re-opened or not. Much to my surprise searching on Google as I happened to be in Topeka I saw Moonlight Adult Boutique WAS open and the 1st review was a nasty lengthy one. I was nkt sureWhat to really think of these remarks about the place so I went on my own record and had nothing but EXCELLENT service. The store attendant was a very nice and helpful young woman. The selection of products was a very large array of items, the place was very clean and well kept. The arcade area was nice and clean and signs up informing patrons of the stores rules and policies. I even spoke with the GM and he was a nice informative man and mentioned that ARCADE credits expire after 30 days(KEEP YOUR RECEIPT) after purchase unless you add more $$ to your "access code" with in that month(30 days)and don't use it. Personally I've seen a lot of changes to this place in the last 2 years and i believe they are all for the best. The wooden pallet piles have been removed. The crater potholes have been filled. A brilliant idea. Btws. And the customer service in comparison to other places I've been is great. You don't have to wait to get service you are acknowledged immediately when walking through the door. The rep on shift was very helpful with finding me something in my price range. I liked how I wasn't pressured to buy something expensive. I was assured that i was buying a good product and even offered a few others that didn't kill my pockets either. I was a bit confused when there was a mention of an arcade. However was politely told if i wanted to go in I'd have to pay and even that small exchange of words was informational. I was so so pleased with the store today super super clean and it even smelled really good. Never has the back of the stores restroom been so clean and usable. The booths you could tell were wiped down I seen a clear screen for once .. Evelyn the chick working the front.. love love love her and the mood is always so right upon coming into the store the music she plays rather it being fast or slow it gives it a personal experience and leaving the store I feel good about it do I think more people really should be more open too try going in they seem to always have better sales on their dvds and toys.
