After waiting in line in the lobby (COVID rules), the person in front of me was exiting and held the door open for me to enter, but the Post Office employee walked quickly from behind the counter and tried to physically close the door on me while I was entering.. the lobby wall is glass and so is the door, so the employee clearly saw that me and another person were waiting. He said "we are closed sorry", so I held up my cell phone which read 4:57pm and he replies, "sorry the computer shuts down automatically at 5pm and it's shut down now so there is nothing I can do". I would have given this place a 5 star rating if not for Mike the manager. He is mean. He is disrespectful, rude, and acts like he’s better than everyone else. I dread walking through the doors just because I know he’ll be there. I even had a little old lady tell me she had the same experience. Who is mean to old ladies?
