When I walked into Ashley's at Country Junction, I thought this was going to be the first of many stores to visit to find my first pieces of furniture for my new place. My family and I were greeted by a woman named Tawana and I can't be grateful enough for her amazing customer service. Not only did she spend hours walking around the store multiple times with us to find exactly what I wanted, but she made me feel so comfortable during the process. She considered my needs, my wants and my financial position when recommending any product to me. She knew that store really well and put in her steps walking all around to price check, compare and research availability on all the products for me. She put zero pressure on me to purchase anything and actually advised me sleep on it and come back whenever I made up my mind. How amazing! I came back another day by myself and my undesiciveness got the best of me and I spent another hour with her looking at more pieces. She genuinely seemed happy to help me and I was so grateful to have had her help during this entire process. I felt like I was shopping with a friend! Hands down, the best customer service I've probably ever received. Even all the other employees at the desk during my visit were SO kind & caring. Overall, a really great team. Read morePurchased dining room furniture, sofa and love seat on 7/18/20. Was told delivery was 8/20/20. Due to covid. Fine with this,no problem. Then on 7/24/20 I received call saying they wanted to deliver on Monday 7/27. Normally this would be great news. But because they no longer remove old furniture, and delivery was expected to be 8/20 I had not made arrangements for this yet. So took a day off work for delivery and finding a way to get rid of old furniture. Reclining love seat was delivered broken. One side would not move from reclined position. Delivery people couldn't put it in upright position. After talking to service tech I disconnected seat from frame to at least get it upright. Three weeks later after tech ordered new motor and switch still haven't fixed it. I understand delays due to pandemic but have had no communication from the seller. Called on saturday and was told they have no Saturday customer service. ( in a rude way ). Fyi, the service tech was really good. However everyone else I've spoken to really seem to have no customer/communication...
Read moreWorst experience I've ever had! Went to get a bedroom suite for my daughter. Was told delivery would be about a month due to covid. No problem, its now been 2 months and I'm still being told it hasn't shipped to them. The salespeople (mostly woman) I have dealt with so far have all been horrible, unhelpful, and unempathetic with the exception of one man who was able to actually get me half of the order. I even tried to take the floor items as is and they refused saying they will still sell... how will you sell items that you won't get for months and are even out of online.. hmmm. A little to shady for me. So now my daughter still doesn't have bedroom furniture and has to live out of boxes 3 months after we moved. Shes so upset but has her heart set o. This design.
