My doctor said the wait would be shorter at MoBap. It wasn’t, but that’s fine, it’s an ER. Once I got back into the patient area though, what a wreck. I was in a bed for over three hours to have bloodwork checked and an ultrasound; never spoke to a doctor because apparently that’s only warranted if you are 100 years old and/or dying; only interacted with the nurse three times because she was too busy telling stories at the nurses desk, but hey! loved the eye-roll that she has mastered when asked a question; and then, when all was said and done, the lovely PA looked at me with a vapid, confused stare and told me that they have no idea why I have had intense, sharp, burning pain in my RUQ for five days straight with no prior inkling of pain. Then, for the cherry on top, she exclaimed in horror that she forgot to add an important test to the list and that it wouldn’t take long. 45 minutes later, I walked out. Two stars because I didn’t die...

I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. My stay was dated October 8-12,2023. It was to say the least horrible care. Traveling nurse administered antibiotics when they weren’t to be given. I had stomach bleeding and pretty sure this didn’t help matters. after 4 long days of only a couple of visits from the hospitalist, I asked to be released because the whole “non private” room situation wasn’t agreeing with my symptoms. Not to mention it had been 4 days since I had a shower or clean up of any kind. Even though I had asked for a towel for a shower 2 days in and never received one. Now after my bill is sent to collections and paid off in full, they are trying to bill me more!! I was told by BJC billing that I needed to contact the collection agency. Went to the er feeling horrible to the point I was even having a hard time walking they got me a wheel chair and into a room quick then they decided to run some tests on me which took a few hours to get the results up to this point I thought they were doing great but once the tests came in the doc told me all the tests look fine they don't know what's wrong handed me the paper with the list of tests and said to walk out of there go home and wait out whatever's going on me with me then walked out of the room leaving me to stumble my way out of the hospital tommorow I get to call and try to sort out the discrepancies on the bill they sent they made quite a bit of money to treat a sick patient like they didn't...
