Fulton Street Market is a treasure and the next local staple! I’m beyond glad to see the valley be blessed with the high quality, intentional restaurant it deserves. Owned by Emily and Joseph, this spot is not only an amazing restaurant, but a small market with local breads, milk, eggs, meat, and more. Their chef and owner Joseph is a rare talent who not only makes every dish from scratch, but also curates and handcrafts the menu alongside his wife. Our dinner tonight was top notch and I’m already dreaming of my next visit. We started with the arancini made with raw gouda, house sausage, and marinara as well as the with caprese featuring local + organic tomato, fresh mozz, basil, and a balsamic reduction. These dishes were both perfect and clearly made from high quality ingredients. These are both small plates and perfect for mixing and matching in lieu of an entree style dinner. Next, we all had the short rib with tallow fried potatoes, roasted cauliflower, and garlic scape chimichurri. As someone lives and who frequents amazing spots in Palm Beach, this dish rivals even the best of the best and has easily mades its way to my top 5 dishes of all time. We of course had to finish of the night with a little dessert and the chocolate chip cookie sundae really sealed the deal. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, whip, and a cherry was to die for. We also tried a variety of their kombuchas on tap and those alone will be something I’d love to quickly pop in for. We ended up having the Blueberry Vanilla, Melon Vanilla, and Grape Vanilla. Their kombucha was perfectly balanced and a great addition to our amazing food. I couldn’t write this review without mentioning our sweet waitress Hannah. She is such a kind soul who made our experience so special. She was attentive, thoughtful, and caring throughout or whole experience. Thank you for a lovely evening on your charming patio and the opportunity to share your labor of love! Best wishes always. *Please note that this is a restaurant where a slower pace is appreciated. Every single dish is prepared fresh and made by Joseph. Budget your time accordingly and relax between courses for the best experience.

Such a cool concept and community space! The market has a unique selection of organic grocery items and a fantastic dinner service. For dinner I had the roasted cauliflower, butternut bisque, and campanelle–all were delicious. I love the focus on local and high-quality ingredients/products. If I lived in the area I would eat here all the time!

Fulton Street Market is the definition of elevated comfort food done right. Chef Joe brings serious creativity to the kitchen, Emily’s baking is top notch, and everything is built around locally sourced ingredients that make each dish stand out.

The Short Rib Melt is a must-try—tender, slow-braised short rib with melty cheese on crisp sourdough. Their Smashburgers are equally impressive: the Classic Smashburger is juicy and cooked perfectly, while the Mac Smashburger is pure indulgence with creamy mac and cheese piled on top.

The Mac + Cheese showcases their commitment to local farms, made with Cooper, NY Sharp and Family Farms Raw Milk Aged Gouda folded into a silky béchamel with organic Sfoglini shells. And the Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup brings nostalgic comfort to a whole new level, featuring Bianco di Napoli organic tomatoes and golden sourdough.

Even the drinks are thoughtfully crafted—the Salted Maple Cold Brew is smooth, slightly sweet, and one of the best coffee treats around.

Between Joe’s cooking, Emily’s baking, and the dedication to local sourcing, Fulton Street Market isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a place that celebrates flavor, quality, and community...

Good luck to this new Waverly business and its owner Joseph DeShaw! We stopped in on Monday after the parade and were pleasantly surprised by many of the offerings - good food, locally sourced, organic, healthy, and delicious. The store carries things that you can't get elsewhere and many great surprises in the refrigerated and frozen food sections. He also features slow dried pastas. There is a difference! I got a box of bugles and do they make a good macaroni and cheese dish! The prepared food is really delicious. Joseph is an excellent chef and has many wonderful things on the menu. You can also eat right there in the restaurant portion of the business. I'm anxious to try one of his smashburgers along with all the other selections! Good food, prepared excellently, and many dishes are frozen for the customer's convenience. I had the lamb shepherd's pie for dinner last night and it was really good. The bagel that Joseph prepared was second to none. I can't wait until the store reopens on Thursday (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays) so we can get some more! I wish Joseph and his new store and eatery the very best of luck. It will be exciting to watch this business grow....
