Ordered carpet back in May, did not hear anything back so stopped back in June to recheck on the order. Was told the carpet shipment had not been sent yet from where ever they ordered it from and they couldn't find my order. (They already had received a $1,500 dollar depisot for the carpet.) It was ordered again and finally had an install date. Grey carpet was ordered for an upstairs room and was to have brown carpet for the downstairs, steps and hallway. My husband was there to let them in. They had part of it done the first day and when I got home, found they had installed a grey carpet in the hallway which in not what was ordered. I had them finish the install since the flooring was already torn up and didn't want to wait another 3 months for carpet. They are only willing to give me $100 dollars back as a refund. Before taking your business there beware!!!! The installer did a nice job putting it in and is not his fault they sent the wrong carpet, but beware and make sure they get your order correct. Will be doing business elsewhere next...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGo elsewhere. I recently had LVP installed in my home. After shopping around and comparing product specs, they had the better deal. However better isnāt always best. We were going to install the floor ourselves but decided to have them install it for piece of mind and the warranty. Well you can through the warranty out the window. The installers were more interested in how fast they can get it done then quality of the work. After two months ALL the floors were separating and bulging. I asked Nasco to come out and see for themselves and stand by their work. After another few months of run arounds the manufacturer denied the claim and Nasco paid me a small portion of what was originally paid to go away. No concern to make right. I had other family members looking to have them Nasco do their floors but we will go to some place that stands by their work...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreInstaller will not finish my job for the most ridiculous reason. I have been waiting almost a month and now the installer says he wonāt finish it because someone mowed grass on /in his van back on June 19th. I had to wait until he got back from vacation on July 7th before anyone said something.Piss poor service and they accuse you of having an attitude when you call and want an answer. Beware if you want something installed.
