All Stiles — Local services in Town of Blooming Grove

Wanted to do business here, and went with the intentions of doing so, with my plans in hands ready to seal a deal for everything we could get for our kitchen renovation. Upon arriving here, we noticed the lady who seems to run the showroom was busy with someone, so we took the time to look around. While waiting, a tractor trailor delivery man walked in, trying to get guidance on a delivery he had for them on his container. The lady was very rude and spoke to him in a condescending manner. To the point where it made me uncomfortable. She yelled at him accross the store floor and demeaned him in front of potential customers. After witnessing that interaction, the decision to NOT do business here was evident. If they treat the people who keep their business thriving by delivering the goods that they are trying to sell in disrespectful, demeaning, and condescending manner, they are not worthy of my business, or any business in my opinion. It would have taken two minutes to address the delivery man, and provide him with the guidance that would have allowed him to deliver their goods so that they could continue to do business. If you do not value your own supply chain providers, and the people that help you thrive, then in my opinion you are projecting what is to be expected of you as a company. Noone is above anyone in this world, regardless of position or stature. Everyone deserves a level respect and appreciation. This place does not have that for their own suppliers, it is reasonable to assume and belive that they likely will not have it for you as a customer either. From first walking in was greeted by Rachel She was very helpful and professional Then we finally picked out the quartz slab we wanted. The next step was getting the quote. It was same price as granite competition who said it would be 3x more. Great price so measuring person came to house. He was young but very thorough. He asked for a tour of the Koi and I obliged. Then installation within 2 hours it was in stalled with minimal seam. My contractor friends could not find it. So from start to finish each division was wonderful. I will definitely use them again. When shopping for a quartz countertop and backsplash, I stepped into All Stiles. Their new showroom is absolutely stunning. I had a fantastic experience with Shaya Deutch, S. Tabak, and Rachel Schaeffer. They seemed genuinely willing to make me happy, they went above and beyond. I felt like a real valued customer! They explained everything, from a design standpoint, price point, and logistics.

From the back-end office, Pelly, Matty, and Perry were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. They also responded very quickly and professionally to my emails.
