Spooky Walk — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

I ordered my ticket through eventbrite yesterday for the 9 to 10pm time slot for $45. We were told after waiting on line for 2.5 hours that you were selling 250 tickets per hour so that would be 750 tickets for the whole night. Behind us there was 3-5 miles of vehicles waiting which you eventually had to shutdown. We didn’t get into the actual drive thru until 12AM, we arrived at 830pm... I have requested a refund of $30 through PayPal/Eventbrite. I want to still donate $15 because of the cause but to be honest with you, this production/experience was not even worth $15. By the time we got onto the property and still had over an hours wait before we got into the actual attraction we watched your volunteer actors walking out/going home. I don’t blame them obviously but a good cause or not this was a blatant scam. Imagine if there was a fire or an emergency, there was no way to get off those lines at a certain point. I honestly cannot believe how poorly this was handled, I’ve waited over an hour before for a haunt but never almost 4 hours for a 4 minute attraction... Not to mention we were told by your volunteers that the actual drive through would last 30 to 45 minutes, when we finally entered the haunt we got through it in bumper to bumper traffic within 4 minutes... Please refund without issue and take my $15 donation for the kids....

I understand we’re in different times right now but my experience tonight was completely ridiculous. We bought a ticket for a 8-9 time slot and arrived around 8:30. The line was at least 3 miles down the road. We waited for a good 45+ minutes until we realized we weren’t even halfway down the line. And who knows what the wait was once you got in. I live all the way in Nassau so I could not stay to find out how much longer my wait would be. I’m assuming I would not have gotten in until 11. Which is ironic because their last time slot was 9-10. My family was very disappointed as this was something we’ve been looking forward to for awhile. As I see, many other people had decided to leave too. The website said no refunds but they should honestly honor our ticket on another day because this was so disappointing. Don’t even know of what was inside would’ve even been...

Another Great Year at the Spook Walk!!!! It gets better Everytime and you most certainly get your money’s Worth!!! Enjoy a night of fright laughter and family fun.... It is our favorite family Halloween yearly ritual. All proceeds go to the Camp. Lovely people! Very nicely put together and extremely organized chaos. Check it out!!!

Great way to spend time with the family. Kid friendly. Spook walk has always been one of my favorite ways to spend time with the family in an early celebration of Halloween. This is the Longest spook walk on Long island. And well worth the money spent. Also proceeds go to supporting the Camp for kids with special needs. Great friendly staff. We had a Blast. Will definitely be back next year. Our favorite house in the spook walk was the dance...
