Don't know where the complaining reviewer is coming from and what she means by a return line, as there isn't one. I visit Black Dog at least 2 times a week and the customer service, not only to me but to everyone who goes in there could not be better. Just about every time I've been there someone else comes in and one of the store owners askes, very politely, "Can I help you find anything?" They are courteous, thoughtful and always upbeat and friendly. You can't get better service anywhere and as the above reviewer noted, their product line is diverse in all regards from the selection...
