China King — Restaurant in Town of Cambridge

We decided to order take out for the first time from here after "Royal Panda" in Greenwich was such a let down.

We ordered sesame chicken, general Tso's, crab rangoons an egg roll and shrimp roll. We were NOT disappointed. The chicken alone was amazing! It was nice big pieces....not the tiny mostly breading pieces you get typically at other places .The egg roll and shrimp roll were both very fresh and crispy (even after a 15 min. Drive home) fried rice was so good! It actually had flavor .Overall we have no complaints....MAYBE that we have to drive 15 mins just to get there, but it is SO worth it.

They do need to update their menu online, as it has some things on it that are not available, but they seem to have a fairly standard menu, with a few dishes I have never seen/heard of .

Try them out if you get a chance! This is where we will be going...

Great food very friendly staff. My wife and are were looking for a new Chinese food restaurant and stumbled across this one. We decided to give it a try and we weren't disappointed. The mixed vegetables were on point and the general tso chicken was spot on don't even get me started on the dumplings! The fried rice is killer the only small let down was the egg rolls but everyone has different tastes when it comes to egg rolls so I'm not going to knock them for it. Will definitely be coming back to...

The food varies, depending (I think) on who is cooking. Some days it is very good, other days just good. The interior is pretty grim, but then it's primarily a takeout place. The menu is fairly standard. I would personally like to see some more authentic or unusual Chinese dishes (pea greens, whole crispy fish, peking duck, more healthy vegetarian options) but there probably isn't much demand for that...
