This love story is about a woman, who (thanks to her salesman, Ray Burke and general manager, Jay, and finance manager Steve) got to have her cake and ate it too. Making her bougie Cadillac dreams come true!

The Queen of Diamonds (by the way she shines.. iykyk) a Cadillac XT6 was in need of repair. While the faithful mechanics cared for the woman’s beloved vehicle, she was given the glorious opportunity to drive an EV for the day! The Cadillac Lyriq was fast, sleek and stunning! The woman was inthralled! Her heart had been captured, but what of her beloved XT6? She couldn’t part with her!? But maybe she wouldn’t have to?! This is the part of the story where Steve floored her. She literally had to sit down on the shop floor to consider a dream she never knew she had! Upon picking the Queen of Diamonds, her service manger told her that there just happened to be an example of a Vistiq (the EV version of the XT6) in the shop that she could gaze upon. The color was Celestial Metallic. The purple sparkle matched her nails! She was smitten. Steve enlightened the woman, speaking of rebates and tax credits and the lease deals. As she sat on the floor of the shop she looked at him and remarked on how convincing, fun and energetic he was! Before she left Steve introduced her to Jay. The kindest most down to earth human. It was late in the day, yet he was patient and kind and honest, answering all of her questions and offering to have her test drive an EV Cadillac for a few days before making a decision (an opportunity that only this dealership offers)! But she didn’t need a few days to decide. She was almost sold. But what of the Queen of Diamonds?! This is where Ray comes in. The very next day, the woman returned to the Cadillac dealership. Not with the Queen of Diamonds, but with her husband’s Prince of Dirt (as her children called it). Her husband being the very lucky man that he is; jumped at the opportunity to drive his wife’s gorgeous XT6, and offered up his Jeep Wrangler as a trade! No longer needing another 3rd row SUV, and having the ability to have not 1, but 2 Cadillacs in the driveway was the woman’s dream come true! But what of the Celestial Metallic purple sparkle?! Would they have a Lyriq that fit the bill?!?!?! Salesman Ray, a literal knight in shining armor saved the day and made her dreams come true!!! As she walked into the dealership that day to meet Ray, right there on the showroom floor sat the most glorious Celestial Metallic fully loaded Cadillac Lyriq with the most stunning white leather interior that she’d ever seen!!!! Ray, was patient. He crunched the numbers, gave her a massive discount and made sure that her payment would be more than manageable, and helped her obtain a sizable amount for her trade! After much paperwork and excitement, the woman was able to leave the dealership with the her new Lyriq and make all of her purple sparkly Aquarius dreams come true! But Ray’s knightly duties weren’t over yet. Many moons after she’d brought her gloriously bougie, sleek and dangerously beautiful Cadillac home, the woman still needed a few things. A kind retired finance manager was sent to her house by Ray, so she didn’t have to drive 45 minutes to sign paperwork. The gentleman helped her set up her on-star and even showed her some of the Lyriq’s features! Ray called her and helped her figure out how to program the keyless entry and exit, and when she needed a 2nd key cut and programmed and had a hair appointment at the same time as when the techs were available to program the key to the car…. Ray drove to (shameless plug) Brooks and Harlow Salon…. Gave her a loaner just in case…. Came back to the salon… dropped off the car and the new key and went on his merry way and the woman didn’t have to do a gosh darn thing!!!!! I mean, come on now!!!! 🥹

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Garber Randall Cadillac – 2025 Hummer EV

I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a 2025 Hummer EV from Garber Randall Cadillac, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Ray Burk and Steve made me feel welcome, respected, and genuinely excited about the vehicle.

These guys are top-notch professionals—knowledgeable, attentive, and no-pressure. Ray was incredibly helpful in walking me through the Hummer EV's features and options, and Steve made sure the entire process was smooth, efficient, and actually enjoyable. Their enthusiasm matched mine, and I truly felt like they were just as excited to get me into this amazing vehicle.

The delivery process was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident before driving off the lot. You can tell these guys care about what they do, and it shows in how they treat their customers.

We had purchased a used 08 CTS which needed an engine change and subsequently stopped running. The engine would not crank the key was stuck in the ignition and one of the rear wheels was locked. The car had sat at our usual mechanic for months without success. Had AAA tow it to Randall Cadillac. These guys are used to working on recalls and warranty work not basket cases! Our Service Advisor was Kirk Strickland who’s top notch. He understood we needed to keep the bill down & let us bring in our own new battery which saved us $499. His team diagnosed the issue .. a bad ECM and a wrong fuse block which had been installed by another mechanic. Despite the lack of parts due to a strike at GM and my being out of the country 2x, Kirk got it back in service and running well, even advising me that it needed a MAF sensor to pass inspection which I did myself and saved $200. The entire bill was as $1700 which was a deal considering this frakencar needed some real detective work to get running. I give this dealer my highest rating and recommendations. ...
