My first time coming here I was really nervous! I knew it was going to hurt but as soon as I walked through the door I felt totally welcome! I was greeted with a big hello and a glass of wine. Deb did my first Brazilian wax and she even let me bring my wine back. She said that we would "rip and sip!" That made me laugh. I won't lie, the first wax was very painful but Deb did a great job of making sure I was comfortable and they use great quality hard wax which makes it less painful! I've been back two times for my maintenance wax and Mason has been my waxer for both of them. She is also great and makes you feel totally at ease! I actually have fun there! Been waxxed many times and this place was definitely the worst experience ive had. Friendly enough to to start. The specialist was nice but she would miss large strips and patches of long black hair and would have left them if i hadnt kept pointing them out. Im not talking about a couple stragglers that could just be taken care of later. I mean sizable clumps of hair. She went over my underarms each 3 times before she just gave up and moved on. At that point i stopped caring because i was already going to have to shave my whole body down later anyways from how much hair was left. It was also the most expensive wax i got at $430. When I was younger my mom tried taking me to get my eyebrows waxed and it was super painful every time and was just not enjoyable. So I switched over to Nair and cheap eyebrow trimmers for a while. Neither of those methods worked for me, so I decided to start looking into getting waxed again. This studio has made waxing so much more enjoyable for me and the staff is super friendly, and they make sure that you are comfortable while getting them done.
