Palace of Sweets — Local services in Town of Clarence

This place is a treasure trove of Nick knacks. Entire seasonal play sets for all holidays. Figurines, ornaments, some hard to find collectibles. Just a wonderful place where I’m sure you could find a gift for anyone. The sweets shop is a chocolate lovers dream. Brittle, fudge, and all sorts of wonderful chocolate. Other candies as well.

I had a great time just exploring the store. The shopkeeper during my visit was having issues with the credit system. I picked out some items I wanted to get my wife. I only had card and it would not go through. The shop keep apologizes but could not process my payments. I really wanted the items so I elected to go down the street to an ATM to get cash.

I don’t think the shop keeper expected me to comeback and was surprised I did. He apologized again for the inconvenience and in good faith threw in another box of fudge for free.

Besides the wonderful items the shopkeeper was so caring and a delight. I will be coming back to this shop and I highly recommend everyone...

The place has many great things that are hard to find but the owner/workers have terrible customer service I was there 28th my girlfriend and her kid,and her son needed to use the rest room but the owner would not let a four year old kid use his he made is take him to dunkin donoughts next door and he was arguing with me about returning an item that my girlfriend already had. We just wanted to exchange it for something different but the way he was acting so ridiculous I will never go back there again. From now on I will be ordering off line and I told everyone I kno not to go there as well...very rude very...

This place is way more than a candy store, I haven't been to a place like this since I was a kid. It's full, and I can't emphasize this enough, full of unique and wonderful gifts. Most of these things are seasonal based and a ton of Christmas stuff, but if felt more like an old toy store that also sold candy and chocolate. I really enjoyed finding things every corner I took. It's wall to wall homemade things and just special little things everywhere. I'd highly recommend stopping by to see what I'm talking about, I wish more places like...
