Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Clarence

I was over charged and account ended up overdrafted. nearl 30$ for 1 coffee that took 35 minutes to make. I left there without my refund and now have to explain or fix this bank card issue!! Very angry that TIm hortons ruined my night! Nobody knew what they were doing at the window or the register and Im definitely not going to be able to resolve this bigger issue due to the negligence of whoever was working around 5 pm on 1/6/23!! I want someone to contact me immediately regarding this issue and if not I will call the nys attorney generals office. Tim hortons is out of control with all these errors, 5th time this month our order wasnt right and when I have to stop what iM doing or be late to where Im going bc I have to go back into the store 3-4 times to fix a wrong order, get a refund due to being severely overcharged.. Im over it! Long time customer of nearly 15 years and ready to be a customer to a coffee and bake shop who knows how to take the order right and not screw up customers bank cards or short them on change! Its not just this location either its at a lot of them and corporate cant seem to get a handle on this garbage occuring over and over again! how do you manage to screw up and over charge for 1 large coffee with 5 cream and 5 sugar??? its the most basic order! Pretty decent location. The woman that got our order was nice and helpful. Otherwise, it's a Tim Hortons and if you've been to one (dotdotdot.) Typical Tim's fare, doughnuts and coffee and mediocre sandwiches, breakfast and lunch types. I don't typically eat at Tim's, I used to. But ever since they removed turkey sausage from the menu and stopped making the chicken and waffles breakfast sandwiches, I've had no reason to even enter one. Except when I want an ice cap. My ONLY reason for going to Tim Hortons. Before you think "well they have veggie sausage now", yea, no thanks. If you are reading this Tim Hortons people, bring back the turkey sausage. Not everyone eats pork or wants some fake veggie "meat" yet wants some kind of meat that's also not beef. (Not a religious reason I don't eat beef or pork. It's a matter of life choice...

So I order a hot coffee with 4 creams in it,a medium,then I order a large hot coffee with 3 creams in it,which I have been ordering for years at Tim hortons! They are both cold as ice! So I tell the 2 rude ladies behind the counter coffee is cold,they say oh that's to much cream that makes it cold! Lol. Really been ordering it like that for years! At Tim Horton's thru out the state,and it don't come out ice cold! Then 2 of m try and attack me and show measurement of how much cream it is! Again I order it everyday like that and 4 creams don't make a coffee ice cold! So u might wanna do your job better is more like it! And keep the coffee hot and fresh,this was at 11:45 am,Tues,7/1.
