Sweet Melody's — Local services in Town of Clarence

We hired Sweet Melody's for our wedding on June 27, 2021. We wanted a fun twist on a dessert idea and thought, who doesn’t love gelato? The gelato cart was one of the highlights of the night! Paula and Chuck were so great to work with and accommodated every single one of our requests. We got to do a complimentary tasting and then chose 9 flavors to have at the event. They even let me create my own flavor. Our guests kept on going back for more all night (they were there for 1.5 hours) and the cart was so cute that it added to our décor. Unfortunately, I was too busy during the wedding, and was only able to taste one of the flavors, and it wasn’t even the one that I created. I emailed Chuck and Paula after the wedding, and they offered to save a quart for me for when I returned from our honeymoon. I picked it up last night and it was absolutely delicious. We had Sweet Melody's provide our dessert for our wedding in Arcade, NY. They brought their food truck on-site to the venue. Had we known the weather was going to be so cold, we may have suggested doing the cart inside, as some guests were deterred by the cold to enjoy the dessert. We are not cake people, so this was awesome! We did a tasting at the Taste of East Aurora and loved the salted caramel and pumpkin flavors. The communication and responsiveness to our inquiries was exceptional. Paula and Chuck were great to work with and the gelato is exceptional. We chose to skip the wedding cake and replace our dessert with gelato and sorbet. I’m SO glad we did!! Not only was this the perfect dessert for allowing our vegan and food allergy guests to enjoy it, but it was perfect for ensuring everyone could keep dancing!
