Awful. Just left there today (1/27/23 @6:40pm) 'the worst customer service I have EVER received here. Here's the story: I went in to buy a Powerball ticket. The woman on register watched as I put $10 in it. After the machine took the $$, it read: Bill Acceptor not Functioning. I brought the girl over, showed her what the screen read and she responded, 'Oh well...I don't have the key, sooo...' ??? I said, 'That's okay just give me $10 out of the register so I can play the lottery and you can get the $10 later. She says, 'Well...I can't just open the drawer, you'll have to buy something.' Really?!? At this point I say, 'Okay where's the manager?' She responds - 'In the back.' I stand there and just look at her as she continues to look at me. Now 'I' walk back there, ask for the manager - the three guys in back look at me and say, 'she's on break.' Again...all just stare. I go back up front because there are customers and the drawer could be open. Drawer open...same register girl tells me she can't give me the $$ without the managers 'ok.' Well register girl...she's on break. I say: Okay...can you get me the store owner? He's on vacation. Again...stays put. I walk back to what looks to me like the most irritated woman who's taking an order on the phone - who then gets the manager for me. Manager comes up...no key for the lottery machine, (go figure) and no direction on how to 'solve the problem.' Well now the drawer will be short...(not my problem) - 'I just want to play Powerball!' I said - 'Look...I live down the street, here's my name, number and my address if anyone needs to talk to me - I just want my money back so I can play.' Not over yet: got the $$ back, add my info to the note in the drawer and ask if they can run my Powerball slip thru the machine at the register because I wasn't going back to the machine in store. They took my slip and and started to type in...'type in' manually...$10 (5games) worth of PowerBall numbers. I grab my slip and say, 'Can't you just insert the slip on the top of this machine??' I proceed to slip the sheet in the machine...VOILA...game prints. Gave them back the $10 and just left. Ridiculous. This would have never happened with the former owners. I'm salty. I'm disappointed and am seriously considering not shopping...
Read moreMy family has been going to Reliable for at least 20 years if not longer. This order has changed how we view this previously well loved local institution.
Today they forgot our fries and completely ruined one of the 3 pizzas. Instead of an extra large round half plain, half mushroom and sausage we received an extra large round with extra cheese and mushrooms and sausage all over. We order things in a specific way due to multiple health issues we are accommodating. If the order was done correctly, then the health concerns would not need any other accommodation.
I called to NOT ask for a refund but to inform the man on the phone of the error as this isn’t the first time we’ve been missing items or gotten the whole wrong order. He was not receptive and was rude. He started off with “Let me tell you something” which is NEVER a good way to start a conversation.
I would also like to add that the quality of the food has gone down significantly. No longer are the chicken tenders actual pieces of chicken that have been fried, but they are very clearly the pink goo type of tender, and they taste only of oil.

My boyfriend and I went there for dinner one night because we didn't feel like cooking and we were STARVING.. we both got subs that come with sides. Our bread was hard as a rock, the meat and topping were CLEARLY old... and we also didn't receive ether sides. thought that it was just a one time thing, but the company that I work for often times orders lunch for everyone here and I decided to give it another try. This time some of us ordered subs and the other half of us ordered salads. I was one of the ones that ordered a cripsy chicken salad. I asked for no tomatoes and no cucumbers. My salad had both on it. Most of the salad was brown and had a slimy texture to it, and the chicken was also hard as a rock!! The people who ordered subs also complained that their bread was super hard. Not sure how this place is still running due to their lack of quality in their products and their young staff that could care less about anyone!!! They definitely lost our companies...
