My boyfriend and I are traveling across the country and spent a night in Sleepy Hollow. He has never done reiki and I thought it would be a nice relaxing thing to do before hitting the road again. I went to Kristin’s Autumn Equinox Reiki Sound Bath this past Sunday for the first time. I’ve been to a few sound baths in the area, I’ve had reiki sessions, I practice meditation on a daily basis and I’m also a reiki healer. Kristin is phenomenal! I had attended a group sound bath meditation that was so unique and healing and ended up scheduling a private one to help me work through grief and connect to spirit. It was absolutely wonderful. I went through a range of emotions and sensations during it, and she helped to focus on healing certain parts of my body and soul during the session.
