Doesn't get more brain-dead than this experience at Carvel in Cortlandt
My wife and I each ordered a Sunday. She didn't want any topping. So I asked that her topping be put on my Sunday. The server refused following some stupid rule. And then he discarded the extra topping she didn't want rather than serve it to me.
Not believing what I was experiencing, I asked to speak with the manager. So I then asked the manager to accommodate my request. She refused too. "We don't do that." Really.

Place is brightly lit and clean. My suggestion is just bring extra cash! Carvel is now a treat only a few...
