Seems I’ve driven through Croghan a lot this year and kept meaning to stop at the Croghan Meat Market. I finally got a chance but we walked in 7 minutes before closing! We quickly talked with the guy behind the counter and I grabbed my first link of Croghan bologna. I’ve heard of it my whole life but never had any. Let me say the Jalapeño and Cheddar did not disappoint. They also had a nice selection of fresh beef and pork. Wish we could have stayed longer in this...

If you don't know what Croghan Bologna is you need to stop by your local Adirondack butcher shop and grab some. This store also carries aged New York Sharp Cheddar cheese and cheese curds.
