Moving Mountains Cafe — Restaurant in Town of New Bremen

I was very excited to try this coffee shop when I drove by it one day, as a Christian who loves coffee I thought maybe this will be the perfect place for my morning coffee!!!! However it just was not that great of an experience. The girl who took my order and made it was very sweet however there were two other people who did not really acknowledge me but looked at me a few times, it made me feel like I wasn’t standing where I was suppose to or something there was barley anyone in there and quiet you would just think a Christian small business might make some conversation or even just give friendly banter however I understand that is not for everyone and I don’t need anyone to kiss my behind or put me in a pedestal I just wait for my coffee. About 5 ish mins into waiting for the coffee a woman comes from outside I had not seen and goes up to the register looking to me I thought to make sure my order was taken I say to her oh she is making it and she replies “did you pay” well yes….. I thought why wouldn’t I have and why not ask your coworker you just came from outside and had nothing to do with the previous interaction it just felt rude and uncomfortable. While I know this is all minor I always try to give an honest eat review I could have potentially been someone who came here every morning as a mother of three I need my morning coffee and when I find a coffee place I love I am very loyal.
