Very unprofessional, took on my project along with my money just to not finish and finalize the work. We began working back in December 2024 and here it is almost May 2025 and I still don't have my work. Every week there was a different excuse. Every date she gave us was met with disappointment that the project would be prolonged again, and again, and again. I get it that life happens, but if you're uncapable of handling a workload, you should not lead people on or accept the business. 6 months wasted, and we still don't have finished production. This was my dream, my brand, my nest egg, and this lady had no respect for my time or my passion. The only thing she did good was talk about Jesus and religion, which should be a huge NO NO when you're operating a business. She didn't want to be referred to as a professional and now I see why, because she thinks it will save her karma when she takes a guy like me on a 6 month ride just to use her emotions and feelings to hold my project over my head. I simply told her that after this project was done, we would not work with her again because she was setting us back. She was so distracted that she couldn't follow the directions and instructions that were written down on the project itself and in email. She kept messing up and using the wrong colors. Her life and her personal issues kept coming between me, my goals and my dreams and I could not allow that and because of how I felt and what I said she wants to abort the project and throw all of the completed work away. Now I have to start all over from scratch. 6 months gone, my goal of releasing my brand this spring shattered because she couldn't handle criticism. Let her tell it. She's not a professional. She claims she's just practicing ,and it's most likely because of situations like this. She constantly would say that other things came up but also how much work was completed from December until the end of April. How much work got done around my project, how much work was finished or completed that wasn't my work. The bills have to be paid in this 6 months so how many times was my project put off between that time frame. She only seemed to be working on my brand when she set dates to meet with me. I would show up, and the work would be in the same spot as werewher left off the last time we met. She's a woman who's using a hobby as a business that she does not take seriously. I have customers waiting, pre orders, and orders waiting to be placed. She claims she has to work a job in order to keep her business open and to pay bills but at the same time she just closed the door on a project that was set to bring her at minimum $2,000 a month just from this current project alone, which is just one of many projects to come. That's $24,000 THIS YR that she just slammed the door on and nailed it shut. This is not slander. This is not an attempt to defamate her character because she can be anice person. But she's unfortunately in the wrong business. It's business not personal. I paid for a job ,and the bottom line is that SHE DID NOT DELIVER!!!! I guess this may be the reason that there's not a line around the block or a phone ringing off the hook. She said that her husband had made the irrational final decision on to terminate my project and to discard my work. So for that t,ey both get a bad review because at the end of the day, it should always be business and Never Personal. So Thanks Reggie for the Manly Decision that wasn't so manly. As for lysa we appreciate you wasting our every moment. You spunt more time talking about your Jesus than you did working on my project. You would think that a woman her age would understand that not everyone in the world is a Christian and that Christians aren't the only people that Believes I'm God. But the fact that I'm Favored by God makes me GODS FAVOR. We will prevail and succeed without the work or support of Simmons Ink & Stich. I would hope the best for the but I don't believe in giving people energy that they are not willing to give in return. So here's to nothing, thanks...

I went to this company for the first time with my hard earned money and this happed to me, it was around November when my team paid for art work and patches to be done and we waited for 6 months before ultimately not receiving any thing in return for our money. We was told it would be done by the first week after Thanksgiving and Every week after that we had to call and ask if our patches were ready and Every week we would get a different excuse on why it was not done this went on for 6 months. So when we contacted them to ask to why this was happening the couple that run the company got upset and terminated our business together and did not give us a refund of any kind for our time wasted with their company...
