Nice store, their website doesn't have the correct phone number. I purchased a very expensive item while on vacation. The only reason I purchased it at the price was because it was complete. The person who wrapped it dropped one of the components, dropping the value exponentially. I tried to call to see if they had it laying around, and the number is some insurance company. I sent an email detailing everything so if they had video, they could look. I've never heard a thing from them. Not even a "we looked, and I talked to the people that worked that day ..." Nothing. Strangely enough, I emailed the Heather email posted on the reply shortly after it was posted and have yet to hear anything, not even a "I will see if I can find it" so clearly not a well run business. Too bad I cannot give a "0"...

Very rude staff and don’t want to make money. Went in and wanted to look at some comic books locked in a cabinet. When I asked to see them the one older woman behind the counter said, “oh god”. The other woman explained to me that they were expensive and they would have to bring them up front and have someone watch me as I looked through them. I said that isn’t a problem. She responded, “Well it is, because none of us want to do that”. I said so what are you telling me? “ we don’t want to and we aren’t going to”. So you don’t want my business? She just said is there something else I can help you with? I said no I wasn’t going to spend my money here and walked out. I’ve never really dealt with an antique store that didn’t want...

I got ripped off buying a fake 10k gold ring. When I brought it back they refused to acknowledge the fact that the ring was but also THEY HAD MORE FAKE GOLD AND SILVER RINGS IN THE CASE!!!!!! Here is a picture to prove it. THE LABELED .925 RING has copper showing threw it. Its very obvious. The other rings are harder to tell. The ring next to this one is FAKE TOO. Be wise and spend you money somewhere else!!!!!! Please don't buy anything from this place!!!!! The staff was very rude to me saying "we will just say you are crazy" when I said this was false advertising. Very bad business practices going on here!!!! Stay away!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and money and go...
