Wisconsin Dells Craft Mall — Local services in Town of Delton

Lots of stuff to sort through. For those who love to browse all day, perfect! Fairly good pricing on most items, but unfortunately a lot of junk mixed in. The staff offers minimal assistance and did not seem familiar with their inventory. Lots of craft stuff, the antique's where not impressive? Staff has a table fill of packaging materials, but didn't offer to pack or wrap delicate or fragile items??? Had to ask for it and do it myself. Possibly being the only shop of this type in the area, the staff is lazy and/or complacent? Not sure? Just didn't feel a vibe of enthusiasm, or sense if customer service. Stopped here on our usual girls trip, and was shocked to see the owner, staff, and customers not wearing masks. We have been patronizing this craft store for years. We had our dear friend with us, who is currently being treated for stage IV colon cancer, and could not bring her in, due to the unsafe health conditions. We politely asked the woman at the register why the owner, employees, and a few patron were not wearing masks, and her response was, “We don’t feel that it is a law.” Unacceptable. Drove almost 3 hours with family to come shop and enjoy quality time all to turn around at the second craft building due to being denied entry for my diaper bag that I needed for my baby. Only until after I let the manager know I will let them look through my bag before and after shopping did she state “ oh well than that’s fine you can go in!” At this point I do not want to go in and be a customer, I should not have to tell you if I need my diaper bag for a medical reason or any other for my child for you to allow it I understand you do not want backpacks/large bags however this is not the same...
