Aside from the quality of the furniture, our experience has been dreadful with this place.

Salesman was an older gentleman straight off of a 1980's used car lot. It was just a constant stream of b.s, and we heard the same gimmicky shtick being made to everyone who walked in.

Because the furniture is so high quality we still went ahead with the purchase.

Delivery day comes and they just totally didn't deliver half of our order. They eventually made it right, but after their first impression, this set off some red alerts.

One month in, and after being told by the salesman that we don't need furniture covers because the cushions '"could be left out in a hurricane," the cushions are totally water-logged.

This same sales representative had never heard of a pergola (despite the fact that he sells OUTDOOR FURNITURE), and had no idea if the furniture was safe for a Trex deck surface.

It was just a gross, really unfortunate process. While we don't feel like we got a lemon, the furniture is very nice, aside from the water logged cushions, everything else about the process was very amateur hour.

I sure hope they have other sales people and we just got stuck...

Wow, this place is great! Saw some patio furniture that looked interesting on Facebook Marketplace so I messaged the person who posted, Ricky. He was immediately responsive, and agreed to meet us at the store on a day he doesn't typically work. We were impressed with the variety and quality of all the patio furniture in the store, and ended up getting a great deal on the set we wanted. Ricky and the store owner both went above and beyond to ensure we will be happy with this purchase for years to come.
