The staff team here at The Dragon was very nice and professional. We got very bad luck today that 3 rides we stood in line (really long line under the sun) for were all temporarily stopped running because of the technical issues, right before it was our turn to get on. More than 4 hours in line and got on 0 ride, I got so frustrated. By the exit, I explained my experience to the staff, and they actually called the customer service over. With the Awesome Awaits Pass the customer service handed to me, I was able to get on the ride later in the day instead of standing in line again.
