My experience at this dealership has been absolutely horrendous! I went in very honest and let them know that my prior experience at a different dealership that myself and my family have used for years was getting worse and worse which is why I chose to try a different dealership. I went in with a specific vehicle in mind, specs and all. The salesman tried to sell me on the vehicle I wanted but in a different color and without specs that I required. I was not going to change my mind considering I was purchasing the vehicle. I still test drove the vehicle they were pushing on me so I could get the feel of it and I told the salesman I wanted to come back for my husband to drive it so we made an appointment a couple of days later. In the time between appointments, the vehicle that we needed to test drive sold instead of being told that it was sold the salesman still had us come in despite the fact we could not drive the vehicle. We chatted about the vehicle and pricing which is where things got worse. I did my research on interest rates, I knew my budget, everything. So, we started talking interest rates and the salesman said their interest rates were in the same range as what I found, which seemed weird to me but I went with it. Then we talked budget, I was clear that I was turning my lease in and purchasing this vehicle so I knew my payment would be higher than my current lease payment. I told them my budget and noted that this was a hard budget that needed to include the warranty and all, the salesman said my budget was good and the vehicle would be in my budget. I did all of this prior to ordering a vehicle with all of my requirements and a $500 deposit to ensure that I would be good to go once the vehicle arrived. So, I ordered the vehicle and 13 weeks later, the car arrived, I was beyond excited. The salesman requested I fill out the credit app. After completing the credit app, I texted the salesman to inform him that the app was completed and to reiterate the conversation that was had regarding my budget and verbal price agreement. I received a call shortly after and was told that they would never suggest a payment amount or interest rate prior to the vehicle arriving because of the market and that the payment would be at least $200 more a month than what was verbally agreed upon. At this point, I was beyond upset because my husband and I both were in this conversation with the salesman and we both know what was discussed. I would have never ordered a vehicle that was out of my budget, I would have gone in a different route especially when my lease was close to expiration. Not only were more than 13 weeks of my time to look for a new vehicle wasted, this dealership would not honor the conversation that was had because I never had anything signed stating this. The salesman who we worked with was very adamant that this conversation never happened, which was not true. He not only did not follow through on his word but also could not even get the information correct in a later email when him and his manager were trying to convince me to purchase a used vehicle through them that was in my budget. As a salesman, you would think to double check the information prior to sending the item you are trying to sell. After getting more false information I was even more fed up with the entire situation and requested my deposit back. During the ordering of the vehicle and request of my deposit back, the card I used to pay was replaced and I informed the salesman of this since the money would not be able to refunded using the original method. He said that the refund would be sent to corporate for approval and that I would receive it a week, 2 weeks later, no check arrived so I reached out to the salesman yet again. I was told that they could not send me a check because I paid with a card and that they needed my new card number and that it would be processed immediately. The employees I dealt with are not trustworthy, take advantage of young woman and are beyond shady. This is the last place I...
Read moreThis place gave me the worst experience that Iâve ever had.
I initially sent an email that I was interested in one of their Tahoes. I got a reply from Conner one of the sales reps. I replied with my interest and a little on what I was looking for and said I would be by on Friday to look at it in person. I sent this on a Tuesday. Never got a reply. Which is not a big deal.
So I went to the dealership on Friday. Stood around looking for the Tahoe which I finally found. Waited a bit more then walked up to the offices. I asked the receptionist for a sales person and let her know I was interested in a certain Tahoe and have the sales person bring the keys. After waiting 10 minutes with no one in site I went back up to the office to let them know I was leaving.
Upon interning I saw the receptionist again and said I was leaving, she was like they are on the way. As I was walking to my vehicle the sales woman showed up and said she had just come from the other office and that they were busy. It was kinda in a rude way. So we started walking toward the Tahoe and she just kinda walked fast and left me behind. Then waited at the Tahoe for me to catch up. I was a little surprised by this seeing most sales people take that walk to start talking and get to know you a little.
So once I got there she was like are you familiar with the Tahoe. I said yes. Iâve driven them and been to other dealerships today. I had looked at a couple of Premiers that are and upscale from the Z71 and was getting price reductions of around 6k off the listed price. She said if I were looking for thousands of dollars to get know off the price was not happening and they would only do hundreds. I said no need for us to waste each others time and I would be leaving.
I went back to my truck and Iâm not sure if this was just another sale person or what but this guy Collin and the sales woman came to my truck. Collin asked if I would come inside and sit down. I said there was no need to. The sales woman made it clear they could not reduce the price and I did not need to waste my time. He said they train their people to not to negotiate in the field. I said that was poor training. People are looking for the best deal and I had already gotten a bad taste in my mouth from the way this was handled. He said you sat with other dealerships. I said yes but I already had a bad taste in my mouth. At no time did I get an apology from him or her. At the end I said I would think about coming back but It looked as if they were laughing as they walked off talking to each other. Both so unprofessional. Would not waste my time here. Even sent an email to their upper management about it which I have not heard back from. Stay away from this place if youâre looking for good...

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership for $30,000. The sales process was smoothâno hagglingâand I was initially very satisfied. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill after the sale.
Shortly after taking delivery, I discovered that the GM-connected radio system wouldnât work properly under my personal profile. OnStar confirmed the issue needed to be handled by the dealership. When I brought the truck in, the service department told me there was nothing wrongâbecause their technician was able to log in under his GM profile. That completely ignored the fact that the issue occurred on my profile, as the vehicleâs owner.
I asked if the system could be reset. First, I was told yes. Then I was told no. I was told the service manager would contact GM support and follow up with meâno one ever did.
Out of frustration, I contacted GM directly. After nearly two hours, their support team deleted and rebuilt my GM account. It worked briefly, but once I restarted the truck, the same issue returned.
I notified the dealership and was told the service manager, Steve Pino, would speak with me. That call was held on speakerphone, in front of othersâcompletely unprofessional. I raised my voice out of frustration, and while I regret that, itâs hard to stay calm after being repeatedly dismissed.
I was told again that someone would follow up. No one did.
I later brought the vehicle to another GM dealership for a second opinion. They questioned how the vehicle was certified at its age and mileage, and why it came with no 90-day warrantyâboth were called out as red flags.
At this point, Iâve given this dealership multiple chances to resolve what GM support believes may be a faulty radio unit. The issue affects the usability and value of the truckâespecially since the GM-connected system was clearly listed as part of the sale.
To make matters worse, I later found that the dealershipâs online listing included features that werenât even on the truck. Thatâs false advertisingâplain and simple.
Unless this is resolved immediately, Iâll be filing a Lemon Law complaint and reporting the dealership for misleading advertising. I had planned to use this dealership for service long-term, but after this experience, Iâll be going elsewhereâand I suggest others think twice before...
