DO NOT GO HERE! If i could leave a zero i would They turned off their open sign around 8:30 despite being open till 9. They wouldn’t sell us the part we needed until they saw the old part. Dave was very condescending to us and if it weren’t for the fact that no other place was open late nearby we would have left immediately. I didn’t catch the other employee’s name but they were also very rude to us and mansplained a lot. Then when we got outside Dave couldn’t even open the hood despite all of his comments. We got the part eventually but it was a total hassle and totally not worth it. I get they probably wanted to close and get home but like being rude and drawing out the process doesn’t help anyone. Well I wish I could be writing a better review. It seems at this location the coustmer is always wrong. Yesterday I went to buy some glass fueses for my 79 dodge. When I was sold the fuses I asked if I could return them if they weren't the right ones. I was told that I could so fancy enough they were the wrong ones. So I went to return them this morning and was successful but why are you gonna run a guilt trip on me telling me I am not aloud to return them or anything electronic if it was opened. Well let me tell you maybe I wouldn't been sold the wrong ones if you educated your employees a little bit better. Thats all do better especially when someone that spends 1000s at your store maybe be more policy if you would like to keep them...

Terrible customer service. Asked for help identifying what light was out in the back. (Taillight, parking light ?) He states they don’t diagnose. I didn’t need him to diagnose, I knew the bulb was out just needed to know what one. He wouldn’t even look at a picture . Thought it was funny cause two weeks earlier that same guy diagnose that I probably needed new windshield wipers. I purchased the same ones he used on his truck( so he said) . 60.00 worth. Really needed the help to get the right light as my daughter was leaving with the car in morning for drive back to college. Can’t believe this is the customer service Advance Auto Parts wants to...
