Anna, the owner of Accent Kitchen and Bath..is absolutely amazing. I was referred to her by a member of my 'rescue team' after a horrible remodel gone wrong. My previous home burned, so the move in itself wasn't the joyous occasion most experience. We were struggling to make the new place feel like home. The kitchen remodel was done for multiple reasons, the one I inherited was clean.. but outdated and tile... from floor to ceiling on all four walls... including the soffit. Very much not my style. And I needed to find creative ways to make this smaller kitchen.. more spacious. She came out as soon as she was able to. To help get things moving in the right direction to minimize the added time without a kitchen. She corrected mismeasurements and went over my ideas of what I envisioned for the kitchen. Found a way to get the farmhouse sink I absolutely wanted... to fit and everything at a good price making it possible to buy shiplap for the accent wall. Being a military family, I've never had the opportunity to design a kitchen. It was always... move in and try to make it work while you're there. So this experience was exciting.... then horrific. Anna helped me find a way back to the enjoyment of the process. We changed some of my original ideas... some things that had been planned that would not have worked with the corrected measurements... made sure to help me stay within my budget and move things around in some areas to give more room to spend in others. She stayed in contact with me throughout the entire remodel (and long after). She made all arrangements for any subcontracting that were needed such as plumbing and countertops. Even appliances. She essentially handled every single step of the process for me and made sure I was comfortable and happy along the way. She even checked in 6 months later to make sure everything was good. If I had it to do all over again... I would have gone straight to her when I decided to start this project. And being a woman.... supporting a business owned by a woman is a must. Especially when she went above and beyond what was necessary to get her job done, exceed my expectations and restore my faith in...

I would highly recommend using Accent Kitchen & Bath. We used them for a complete kitchen remodel. Anna (the owner) was very personable and professional. She focused on our project from early design work through completion of project. She was patient & always made herself available to discuss design changes & any concerns we had. There were ‘no surprises’ throughout the process. As a bonus, the subcontractor she used, Jamey Schwab, was exceptional. It has been a year since Accent Kitchen & Bath, Hamlin, NY installed our new kitchen and we could not be more pleased. Every detail is perfect,--- yes I said PERFECT! We love the cabinets, countertops and installation provided. Their installer “Jamie” is a true craftsman.
