Buyers Beware of Keller International Salon Furniture. They care more about their bottom line and thieving from small business owners than providing exemplary, honest service.

My business partner spoke with someone on the phone prior to ordering THOUSANDS of dollars worth of furniture to outfit an entire salon. The sales consultant neglected to tell me they were having a massive sale just a few days later. After ordering, everything went on sale, and all of our products were still in transit. My partner called to discuss this sale, and someone told him she understands why he is upset and that she believes she can get the money for the sale price refunded and that she would call back the following day.

A week later, we received no phone call. My partner called back and was told that I would Not be receiving any refund even though the items were in shipment during their massive sale. The owner said she would not refund our money even though we spent 4 thousand dollars with them. They offered 20% of future sales for the next six months, which is absolutely insulting. We don’t need anymore salon furniture- We just furnished the entire place.

After this terrible customer service they will never be getting another dollar from us and we will absolutely make sure everyone knows exactly the shady business practices they employ.
