How does a company that has a monopoly on internet not have working service? I've been a new customer for under a week and the service is already out.
I've been put on a waiting list since I can't make the evening appointments, with the closest appointment I can make i need to miss work for. Just like Frontier, they charge wild amounts for a service that rarely works.
Would never recommend, but if you live in the Tri-Lakes, you don't have a choice.
Update: Its been 6ish months and Ive had to have them come to my apartment multiple times, with just complete outtages sometimes. When a service person does show, they sometimes just don't which is amazing, they have no clue what the issue is. Spectrum TV arbitrarily downloads the application multiple times a month. There are delays in being able to watch TV everyday when it's first turned on. The internet service varies widely during the day. I get faster service early in the morning or late at night. I try not to use the internet during the day because it slows down appreciably and some the wen sites I go to regularlu don't work correctly. The night before I had spent over an hour trying to straighten it out using the national helpline. Over the course of the call I was transferred to four departments over 4 states, while everyone was nice and tried to be helpful, no one could solve my issue. Enter Paula and Rebecca - the customer service rockstars. They were persistent and despite it being Friday night, close to closing they stuck with it and solved my problem.
