Burdett exchange — Local services in Town of Hector

We stop anytime we’re in Burdett or visiting Watkins Glen! Everything they sell is local, and everything we’ve tried has been delicious. The meat from their farm is AMAZING - we’ve tried the ground sausage, filets, ribeyes, and brisket. Truly the best meat we’ve ever bought at a store, and super reasonable prices. You also have to try the salt bread, pancake mix, and maple butter. The owners are so friendly and I love their updates and info on their social media pages. It’s no surprise this place has five stars across the board. Their premade burgers are, hands down, the best we’ve ever had. You can tell the owners deeply care about their own products and the products they source. Your tastebuds will be the first to tell you that. Additionally, the owners have shown me they care about this community and it’s members. What a gem. If you’re looking to source mostly local, this is the place I recommend you start.
