Bolla Market — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I faced really bad customer service at Bolla Market at 2475 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, NY 11554. I come here everytime to fuel uo and this was not what I expented from an employee. The employees name is Mohammad Siddique. I wanted to use my reward points to purchase windshield washer fluid. I tried to use the points because I have around $94 saved by fueling up regularly from this location. Siddique did not know what he was doing. Instead of telling me that he doesn't know how to put the rewards points as payment instead he started screaming at me infront of other customers. I really really hope someone would reach out to me and explain to me why wasn't this employee trained enough to even talk to customers properly. Bad service i waited 10m on the market to get my order my friend in front of me ordered his food, someone cut me off order. They cooked their food and i still didnt get no help or asked if i need help, like if im just their standing looking at them cook. So after they got their food i got mad because i wasnt getting no help and told them loud for the simplest thing, a bagel with cream cheese toasted. they ignore me and i walked away and until then they want to try to help me, i only stop on my way to work so i couldnt wait until they feel like helping people it was a wasted of my time.
