Complete Scam Artists. My wife went there for an upgrade shed told them that she forgot her I cloud password, so they told her no problem we can get your phone info into the new phone. they told her just leave your old phone with us and we will take care of it for you, when she went to pick up the phone, they said that the new phone was all set, when my wife asked for the old phone back he said why do you want the phone back it wasn't even working properly, she said I don't have to trade the new phone because its fully paid,before he returned the phone he went in the back of the store to get her the phone back, when he came back he gave her a completely destroyed phone, and he said I told you your phone is broken so I had to break it to get the info, it looks like he he hit the phone with a hammer on purpose, he did that because he wanted to keep the phone, I reported these people to Verizon they told me that they will investigate this store. I came back furious and made them repair the phone. The person who "helped" me was dismissive, rude, arrogant and aggressive. I was told that I needed a new phone (nice scam.) I then informed him that this was a brand new iphone 16 plus. He then claimed Apple sold me a bad phone. Along with claiming the issue is on Apple's end not theirs, I have to delete my sims card, etc. He refused to listen to me or understand the problem and the solution the online tech told me to tell them. I went home got back on the phone with tech support and a supervisor was able to get my service running again. I called the store to complain, he answered the phone refused to give me to the store manager. I will be lodging a formal complaint. With Verizon I want to put them under my name open my own account I was told the only way to do that is to get new iPhone and ne number even know my phone was on lock I went to Verizon in hempstead the same issue new phone new number they even check my credit I was like no I went to T-Mobile iI took that sells person about 20 minutes. To do exactly what I want white Verizon was telling me it was impossible without a new phone a new number wanted me to spend over $1000. It was no issue and T-Mobile.
