I learned quickly that Yael is an extraordinary artist, person, and business person. There was absolutely no limit to what she would do or how much time she would spend to make sure my wig was absolutely perfect. Even post-purchase, she is eager to continue to improve the fit and whatever else may possibly need tweaking at no extra charge. She is an absolute master of the craft and totally passionate not just about her work but more so about making her clients look and feel natural and beautiful. I see clients fly in from all over the WORLD to see Yael and it’s very clear why. I went to several other places before I had the blessing of finding Yael and there is just no comparison. Besides the fact that the hair is the finest quality available (even nicer than the most expensive brand names), the level of personalized service, expertise, and extreme attention to detail is just unmatched. And her prices are EXTREMELY reasonable especially given that this is true virgin hair (which anywhere else is very hard to find and prove but her whole operation is onsite which adds tremendous value). I have to start off by saying I have never felt so good!!! Yael gave me life!!! She has the most amazing quality hair. No one knows I’m wearing a wig. Being in her office and with other customers knowing they are in a wig shop, can’t even tell I’m wearing one. I get a 1000x compliments everyday. WOW! I had an amazing experience!! I can’t say enough great things about Yaels wigs. Yael has a warm and positive energy that made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. She offered me several options and even talked me though everything, explaining all the different options. And so HONEST! I am super picky and finicky and Yael had so much patience with me. I ended up purchasing a lace top wig and I absolutely love how good it looks and it’s light and comfortable. I loved it so much, I went back for 3 more!!
