First off the parking lot is located about a quarter of a mile down from the trail in a small parking lot off the highway. For the trail itself it's def NOT for beginners! It has it's fair share of sharp inclines and unfortunately it cuts through sections of the road as you go up which can throw you off. The monument at the very top asking with the views are amazing!
