Zero stars. Not happy at all. As a business owner I can’t believe how bad I’ve been treated by this company. Scheduled drop off for Thursday, it didn't get dropped off until Friday. That already messed up our schedule but I understand some things happen. For a day rental the dumpster sat on the property for multiple days until I had to call and ask when it would be picked up. I was just told the next day. While I was out with my kids at the park I was sent videos of the guy picking up the dumpster. The man blaming my handicap brother for “moving the dumpster” because he hit my gate and said it was okay. He got everything on video and when I tried to call I was forwarded to voicemail. A few days pass and my husband tried again and gets ahold of the nastiest woman. She didn’t want to resolve their mistakes but instead try to place blame like they’re children. My husband was hung up on and at this point have only been forwarded to voicemail when we try to call back. The individual i spoke to today was extremely RUDE!! Allen is wanted to do was dispose of a bunch of appliances because Frankies came up under that search? Wouldn't even give a suggestion as to where to take stuff even though the witch tried to hide the secondary service she uses. Almost seems like this company dispose of things in an unprecedented way??? Extremely POOR business culture and attitude

Also based on your unprofessional response you must be a troubled individual who is mildly successful in business of whom people I do business with call "BIG FEELIN" .always remember in business Karma is upon us all. It's crazy how easy it was to have Frank come out and help us with the literal mountain of stuff we wanted to get rid of- everything from old furniture, scrap building materials, old electronics, 2 old riding mowers, and even a piano! Frank and his crew took it all no problem and were so efficient, finishing up the job in less than 2 hours. In a world when you're so used to having to change your schedule to accommodate an arrival time window for many service companies, Frank left it completely up to us and worked with the time frame we gave him. Very easy to communicate by text or email. For everything he cleared out for us he gave us a great "bundled" price to have it all done in one go, especially for removing an old upright piano that was sitting in the basement for who knows how long.
