Payed $15 for unlimited bowl, but the lane kept breaking down. Had to go up and ask for it to be fixed about 8 times. The last time we had to wait like 30 minutes for it to be fixed. The place was open until 12:00AM, but the kitchen closes at 10:30, however when we went up to order food when we got there at approximately 9:40ish, they wouldn’t serve us from the kitchen because they “weren’t sure if it was still open” and wouldn’t check for us. Because of this we ordered door dash. There was a sign on the door saying that outside food and severances where not allowed inside, however when we arrived there was an individual smoking in front of that door so we were unable to see it, and did not know that this was a rule. When our door dash got there, she was very abrupt in telling us we had to leave because of this rule. In the beginning we were apologetic started grabbing our stuff to get out but we’re asking her about the rule to clarify because again we were unable to see the sign when we walked in due to the smoker standing in front of the door, and she immediately was mad and snippy with us even though we were complying with what she was asking us. If you don’t want people to miss that sign it shouldn’t be just on the outside door where groups of people stand regularly smoking while others are coming in. I do not have a lot of money and was really excited because I can not often go out with friends. I politely explained all of these reasons to the owner and asked for at least some money back because the lane was not getting fixed and the other bad service instances we received. She replied that she wouldn’t give something to me for free. I told her that I didn’t expect it for free, but do to everything that was happening I felt we should get some money back. She would only give us $1 back due to $4 a game for 2 games and $3 for shoe rentals. She kept saying she wasn’t going to give me something for free. I feel that as a business it would have been professional to take into consideration everything that was occurring to us and only charge us for one game instead of immediately copping an attitude. For 8 bowlers, it cost us a total of $120 that we gave her, for a kitchen that was closed, a bar-tender with attitude, and a lane that wouldn’t work. If you go to Olean, it will only cost you $50 for 10 people for newer shoe rentals, lanes that work (with cooler lights honestly), a better bar, and an overall...
Read moreThis a great way to get out of the house and have family fun. On the weekends at night they have the alley dimmed with music and strobe lights going.
They also offer birthday parties where you can rent a party room. Their staff sets up and you are designated with a personal assistant with making sure all the kids have their bowling shoes, and making sure the pizza and drinks are there at the time you prefer. For a bowling alley, the pizza is surprisingly good. They help set up the room with birthday themed table clothes, a gift table, and basic decorations. This person also assists you with clean up at the end of the two hours. You pay a base rate for the room/decor/food and then a per child rate when it comes to bowling. They turn on the lane(s) at the beginning of your two hours and turn it off at the end. It is not a game finish type set up. The birthday kid gets a bowling alley birthday trophy and the other kids get a free bowling pass...
Read moreI highly recommend you go somewhere else. The ceiling was missing tiles. The bathroom was the grossest I’ve seen. The women’s room one stall didn’t flush the other was full of feces and the third one had feces all over the wall. The men’s room had one slightly clean usable stall. The lanes kept messing up and had to keep being restarted. Took my son and bunch people for a bday party. Was very disappointed. The outside looks dilapidated. Inside there is arcade games that took your credits but didn’t let you play. And then the ones that did and gave you tickets you couldn’t use because the prize machine you turn them in on wasn’t working. Also the online juke box that we put money into because we were not informed of before hand was not working so money...
