They have great and (mostly) friendly people that work there, however they aren't the best quality. My tattoo that I received there has some messy linework; the guy wasn't too talkative/friendly either. I got my tongue pierced first and it was great. Placed perfectly and has had no problems, however I got my nipples pierced and they were completely done wrong. The placement was acceptable (one a little deeper than the other), but the jewelry was awful. They used 18g externally threaded curved barbells which is a completely out of date practice and the gauge is unsafe. I had an awful time healing them and had to go to another shop to have them redone costing me more money and pain. The sell acrylic and low-grade jewelry (not implant grade internally threaded), and their aftercare is also out of date. The location is good, and both the lobby and tattoo "booths" were very clean. The artist was very friendly, but the owner we dealt with was so busy on the phone, mostly with vendors, that it took 25 minutes to have a 5 minute conversation. The two owners also decided to have a discussion questioning the ability of one of their artists in the lobby... while the person I was there with was being tattooed by the same artist. Quite unprofessional. As far as the quality of the tattoo itself... very marginal. Not terrible (I have seen much worse), but not great (I have also seen much better). Highly recommend for piercings and tattoos. I've got my nose pierced here and brought my daughter as well. Prior to getting my nose pierced here I've had it pierced three other times unsuccessfully at other establishments, and this time it had healed effortlessly and I absolutely love it!

I've had four tattoo sessions within the last year with Alex (with more in the world) she is a wonderful vibe and phenomenal at taking my wants turning into beautiful art that exceeds my expectations every single time! She has also tattooed my husband!

It's really comfortable atmosphere with a great crew of people who are kind, professional, and really live up to their reputation!
