This place is absolutely wonderful if you don't know anything about gold and silver. But when you do know what you're talking about when it comes to gold and silver you pretty much get told that you're wrong. The short guy out back that does all the jewelry wanted to tell me that he didn't know what a Mexican libertad is and he called it a one Enzo. Sold 10 oz silver bars from a Mark that were over 50 years old for spot silver prices. If you have any collectible silver they'll just give you the bare minimum like $35 for a 30-year-old Mexican libertad yeah 2024 Mexican libertad cost $35.

Then they have the audacity to say that they sell on eBay. That's not your customers problem that you sell on eBay and you have to pay a cost in order to do so. You are a reseller you're not a gold and silver broker so therefore you are going to get one or two dollars per sale every time and that is not your customers issue.

But when you tell them this the short guy out back that doesn't the jewelry wants to threaten you with calling the police and then tell you to go sell on eBay. I just love being kicked out of a store for trying to have a basic conversation about silver bullion and why there's 37 different prices all over the internet but I got kicked out of the store for my inquiry about prices.

The best thing about all this the place that they told me to go to gave me more money than what they were going to offer me. You guys are a joke and if I had an employee that threatened my customers the way that your jeweler did today I would fire him right on the spot. This is not how you conduct a business you guys are a bunch of bullies and you lowball people on...

I stopped here to try and sell a 14K necklace with 7 small diamonds. The woman looked at it for a second, didn't even pick it up, and said that they don't buy gems, just gold. I asked what would they buy the gold for and was told I "wouldn't get a lot." No price, no nothing and I would be better off selling it as is someplace else. Very unhelpful. Don't have huge signs that say you buy scrap gold and jewelry if you don't and aren't looking for the business. I did not feel welcomed and left disappointed. An unexpectedly honest appraisal of the ring I brought in resulted in them saying that they wouldn't be purchasing the ring. She said it was because they would only be able to pay the value of its gold content and that the ring is "worth much more than that and is far too nice to melt down anyway."
