AGN WINE & LIQUOR LI CORP — Local services in Town of Huntington

Went in and asked the lady to purchase a bottle of macallen 12. She had to get it because it was on the highest shelf and we needed a ladder. She put it in the bag and sold it to me. I got home and realized she gave me a bottle of macallen gold. A 10 year scotch with is not good. I brought it back to exchange it for the bottle i had thought i purchased. They were rude and argumentative. Then told me they wont exchange it for the bottle i wanted. Now im stuck with a $60 bottle of terrible scotch that i wont drink and i bought as a gift for my father. I wont gove this to him. Its not a good bottle. When the bottle i wanted was $10 more and is actually drinkable. For all i know they even charged me for the bottle of 12 year. This place is terrible, rude and i would never go there again. Bad service and rude employees. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE...

The owner of this place is just not friendly at all. I use to go here all the time, but I’d rather give my money to a business that actually cares about your service. The only reason there aren’t more complaints is because the other workers are friendly, and help you. But the owner honestly sucks. My family and friends use to go here and all have said the same. I went to a friends house on Easter and stopped at AGN to grab a bottle of wine. I was shocked to see the huge selection in a small Liquor store. People were friendly and very helpful, they have great knowledge of the products they sell. Price was right.. Great place to get your next...
