Beyond thankful that during these extraordinary times, there are helpful people like Jodi and Ira. I am one of the customers who had their orders delayed/lost by the US Postal Service failure. Yes, I was VERY frustrated to say the least. But, I am so thankful that when I called customer service, their response was, "let's see what we can do to help." Jodi and Ira stepped in, took quick measures, and delivered the one yardage item from my order I desperately needed. They're fulfilling the rest next week. As for fabric, their college cotton has a wonderful premium quilt weight and the colors are bright and clear. I'm a forever customer for sure.

The pandemic has altered all aspects of the supply chain: from manufacturing time, warehouse capabilities, to postal service delivery estimates. Old assumptions and time tables no longer hold true.

They are absolutely wonderful to work with especially During this Pandemic. I was not able to get what I needed from my local source. I have been in business for 43 years and was about to loose it all. Ira and his staff were very understanding and professional with me when I was in a bit of a panic. I use a lot of fabric in my business. College Fabric Store came through for me and I was able to fulfill my orders. It may have taken a couple of weeks to get, but thats OK. I had the pleasure of working with the service department when auto fill put the wrong address on my order which, at the time, I did not catch. I sent an email requesting the address update and to my surprise it was answered very quickly. The following morning I checked on my order and did not see the updated address. I called and spoke with Ira. He verified, that the change had indeed been made and my order would be shipped later that afternoon. It was so nice to speak to someone who was eager to help and took the time to explain why the updated address was not visible on current order ( Ira could see the change on his end).
