If you think they will care about a childâs safety at all, DONâT. I booked a party table for my sons 3rd Birthday. Everything seemed to be okay when we arrived( my party host checked us in, was helpful and responsive when asked for something.) About half way through the kids jumping, a child within my party was badly hurt from being repeatedly stomped on in the face by another child that jumped on her PURPOSELY while playing in the foam zone. A couple things went down hill after that. Firstly, the attendant did nothing while this 6 year old girl was being jumped on by a bigger boy ON HER FACE, the girl's guardian had to physically remove the boy off of her, Thirdly, the boy's parent grabbed him and left unscathed and took no responsibility, The worse part of all, management was EXTREMELY unapologetic. Until asked, no one came to see if the little girl was okay, we had to ask for a incident report to be written after it was not offered and they also did not garner medical assistance or admonish the worker who wasn't paying attention at their station. Instead what ended up happening is them telling the child's guardian( my friend) that since the person left there was no one to hold accountable and that they deleted the incident report. A couple of other parents got upset and went to speak on the little girl's behalf because of the lack of care was met with an attitude from the manager. As a last ditch effort, when I went up to settle the bill, I asked for the manager and once again explained what happened. At this point my friend left, so I asked for a copy of the incident report. HE LIED right to my face and told me that her guardian decided to not make a big deal and throw out the report. I was never apologized to for this ruining my sons birthday, causing mass hysteria because her face was bruised up straight down the middle, they took no pictures for the incident and offered not ONE concession, discount, apology or care. I was met with a blank stare and laughs and that's it. My friend never authorized to destroy it. Still no response after a...

Overall it's a great place to play but watch your own kids. Bring snacks and a water bottle but they do have a food counter if you dont mind the usual amusement prices. You need to have plenty of water so still bring a water bottle. There are free refills of water at the fountain. I got a coupon online for discounted entry.
Most of the attractions seem safe but I saw a lot of kids hurt their faces on the ski slide. Looking at videos on tik tok, the cushion that you land on seemed over inflated at this location and kids were banging their faces and holding their heads or necks. I let my nephew go on but even he said it hurt. Then another kid hit his face, that was enough of that. But everything else was awesome. The video games could be a little cheaper so that you can take a break from the attractions. I didn't see one kid who wasn't smiling.
They need to train staff to look around more and get off their phones. None of them actually worked. I saw one guy on his phone the entire 4 ot 5 hours we were there, have a no phone on the floor policy. When a kid hit his eye, I had to let him know. The kids should not be self regulating who goes down the slide first or when to go. They have terrible management, whoever is doing the hiring is not good at picking managers or is being cheap.
I noticed in the second shift, there was one vocal worker but he walked around once and I didn't see him again . As we were leaving there were two workers who actually walked around and were very visible at various attractions, not sure if they continued after we left. At other sky zones we've been to, workers work an area and regulate the kids, theyre very visible and vocal and way organized. The owner clearly doesnt care at this one. They have no leadership or management. So zero points for safety but 10 for fun. I obviously kept an eye on my nephew and parents corrected their own kids. Just glad we had no crazy parents. With no workers, parent against parent can get unruly and argumentative. The parents were very relaxed...
Read moreThis place sucks and is an absolute dump. A worker stole a card with gift cards inside of Rolling rack where presents go for your child. Last birthday party I will ever have for my child here. They gave us a bunch of free passes in compensation. They had the whole thing on video. The kids that are working there who are Supervising? Are the finest The surrounding towns have to offer. Theyâre either talking to their friends? Playing on their phones? Vaping? Or for the most part? Standing around mean mugging people. The zip line? If your child is 1 inch short of reaching the handle? Itâs hit or miss some of the workers will pull the handle down so they can reach it? But you will also get ones who stand there and look at the children and literally ignore them asking for help. If your kid asks them to pull the handle down? Theyâll suck their teeth and say â That ainât my jobâ. No need to take my word for it. Just google this place and see the dozens upon dozens of horrible reviews. We have gone here for the last time. Also they try to put it out there whenever they can? That this place is located in Deer Park. I assure you? This place is not located in Deer Park. It is in Brentwood. Iâm not sure? But for some strange reason? The locals release their children into what they consider a giant babysitter? And pay them absolutely no mind afterwards. Thereâs a few benches and some tables and chairs to sit and eat the astronomically priced food they sell from the snack bar? But once again? The locals? Take their things and put it all over the chairs and tables and leave it there so they donât have to pay for a locker. They should change the na mee of this place to ...
