I purchased many building and household items from them a d on when I go back to get my merchandise something is always missing. One time painting went missing I had to take a lesser quality one. Another time they changed a washroom sink for a h quality. And, another time they make me left a bathroom overhead cabinet because they must have placed it in a separate area from the rest of the things I purchased and even after I beg the to look for it the supervisor; a young man insisted that that was I never had it. I left with the rental truck. Several months later a lady call and inform me that my item was there. She told me that I could get it when i could because of the far distance to travel to get it. I went there approximately three weeks ago and the lady who called me about the item was fired and the man that refused to give me the items is the new manager. He continues to be rude , neve looked for the item, refused to refund my full amount of money I paid for the item and when I posted he asked me to leave the store and not to return. Another co-manager came to my rescue had offered to give me $50.00 store credit. I told him thanks for his interventions but I would wait for them to call and tell me that they found the item or I bring them my receipt and get my full amount of money back. We live about 40min away from this location, after seeing tile pictures posted decided to message their Facebook page and enquire about any luxury vinyl flooring that could be in stock. It didn't make sense to drive all the way there if they did not have what we were looking for. Their social media specialist, Lynn, messaged back in a very timely matter and was so extremely helpful! She was willing and able to walk the sales floor for items comparable to what we were searching for. She took the time to go over pricing, size, quantity etc. She was so friendly and such a pleasure to chat with! Made the process such a wonderful experience, her manager Colleen called shortly after to set up payment/pick up and was very clear and took the time to explain the process. These two women were so very kind, understanding, helpful, so many wonderful words could be used. If you were curious about reaching out about what you're looking for... DO IT! so much better than I expected and will definitely be doing business with them again 🥰🥰🥰...

I’m very disappointed in the service in the establishment, I’ve been going to the store for around 5 years I have an account with them as well. This is the first time that I’ve had an associate treat me with such disrespect.Antoinette was telling me I couldn’t buy a box of handles because other customers rip open the boxes and take out pieces, I insisted and told her I was going to buy the entire box, instead of just saying ok she then questions me if I knew how much each piece is.. I’m sorry but I don’t think shaming someone for money is ok, I told her I didn’t care how much it was, I had the box in my cart which means I’m going to buy it. She then goes to get Jaime the manager and Antoinette then starts searching the box I bought vigorously not maintaining 6 ft of social distance which I find really rude being searched especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
