Bought stereo from crutchfield only to learn I would lose access to speakers, amp and sub. Support was pretty disappointing basically sending me a pdf and generic videos. Stumbled upon these videos on YouTube with full walkthrough. Having only done one stereo on an easy car, I was really glad to see detailed and simple instructions. Bought the adapter with 1% faith it would work but willing to gamble. Worked phenomenal! I had brought my system to Max car audio to get tuned which consisted of lc7i , 5 channel amp and subwoofer. What I liked about this location was that they have the equipment to tune your system using a oscilloscope and other tools and not tune by ear and educated guess. My system came out extremely loud I am soo glad we went the route we went . We upgraded my amp and subwoofer to a 5 channel amp and a 2 ohm sub and I tell you this combination beat my 4 ohm sub and cheap boss amp I brought to him.
