ZERO stars if I could!!!!!! Spent over $100 here in a matter of barely 2 weeks (2 gel manicures, OVERPRICED and poorly done wax, and a massage). First gel manicure lasted exactly 7 days and then began to fall apart. I liked that this place was close to my house (recently moved and my usual salon is very far from my new house) so I decided to give them another try... Got another gel manicure and it fell apart in a matter of 4 DAYS- crackled, peeling off at the cuticle, and imprinted/dented to the touch as if they weren't cured properly. (mind you I was home for the time being, recovering from a minor surgery, with very little use of my hands). Went back to have them fixed and they were SO rude. They refused to fix the manicure, and instead offered them to be redone for $20 as opposed to the full price of $28. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. TERRIBLE service. My usual salon ensures any gel service to be fixed should there be a problem in the first week. Keep in mind Paradise advertises the gel manicure to last for 2 weeks, and when I returned to have the terrible manicure fixed the woman working told me "it's normal for the manicure to only last a few days".... WASTE OF MONEY. Doing my own gel at home with a cheap kit lasts twice as long as their terrible gel manicures. I regret going here and have shared my experience with friends and family... Never going back to this place. I will be going back to my usual salon even...

I normally never do this but I feel that the nearby residents need to know. I came to this nail salon today (7/16/19) and spent $64 tipping both girls who did my powder gel and pedicure really generously. Only to be repaid by them trying to steal my Apple Watch. I went back to the salon 3 times and gave a good description of my watch and they all pretended that they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally I put my watch on lost mode and pinged it and the woman came out of the back with my watch and almost didn’t give it back to me!!!! The owner tried saying it wasn’t my watch when it clearly was based on the description I gave. The girl almost didn’t hand it back to me she held it in her hand and it was all packed up in a CVS bag ready to be taken home. Then all of a sudden the owner said he didn’t want any problems and basically asked me without asking me not to call the cops!! I am disgusted, being a paying customer and having my property stolen. Will never use this...

This is my favorite nail salon by far. I used to live around the block and started going here and I've never stopped. My nail polish always seems to stay on longer when I go here, the spa pedicures are always great. They almost always give you a back massage while your getting a manicure and sometimes I even pay for the 10 minute hair massage because I've loved every single person who has given me a massage. I've never had a bad experience here. I've gone to some other places because I moved out to farmingville and wanted something closer to home but have not been able to find anywhere that compares. not to mention it's reasonably priced!!!
