I usually don't do bad restaurant reviews but I feel this is necessary. I'm big on customer service. I just ordered from one of my favorite taco places in my town. I ordered takeout for the first time they're actually but I've eaten there probably 30-40 times in the past few months. So I ordered takeout for the first time and I realized I forgot my wallet. So I say to the manager I forgot my wallet I'm going to go home to get it really quick. I asked him hey is there anyway you could just make sure my food stays warm or possibility to remake it I'll even give you guys an extra tip. And he proceeded to get an attitude with me and said it's not our fault if your food gets cold because you forgot your wallet but I will make your food but I find this really annoying and I don't ever want to have to deal with this again. So I said oh word you find it annoying to do your job? I just told you that I would pay you extra. So I told him you know what it's fine I'll just go to another restaurant but just know I've came here at least 20 to 40 times in the past few months. Actually last time I was here I had a $34 bill and I gave a $50 tip on my birthday. I'm really big on customer service especially because I used to be in the restaurant industry. It wasn't about the money it was about how I was treated especially after being a customer there...
Read moreStopped in for a bite last night .Always love the food here the chicken tortilla soup is out of this world. I cannot step foot back into this establishment the way i was just treated. Tried explaining to manager over phone that service was horrible had to rip a napkin in half. Waitress asked us how everything was when we had a soda and water on table but once she dropped food all at once who wants to eat nachos and soup together she never came back only to drop check. Place is not that big she was more concerned about cleaning up then she was attending to her tables!!! When i tried to call and explain today because the manager wasn't even there last night he could care less and tried twisting everything around and said nothing he could do told him I was gonna write a review and he could care less.I wonder if the owner really knows the type of employees he has running his business. Problem with this generation they could care less.I actually got into my car and drove there and i got the same carefree attitude!!!!I really hope the owner sees this and responds because unlike this kids now adays they have no clue about a unhappy customer could go a long way many more unhappy customers. I will tell all my friends and neighbors out here to never go into this place again unless i get a response and orapology for how i...

I’ve been a customer of Senior Taco since they opened years ago, but unfortunately, the experience has gone dramatically downhill. What was once a reliable and reasonably priced spot has become increasingly frustrating.
Prices continue to climb, yet the portions shrink noticeably. More concerning is the growing inconsistency in orders. It’s now routine to find missing items or incorrect substitutions.
Paying $3 extra for guacamole on a burrito only to get home and realize there was none. Paying $15 for a large quesadilla and receiving a small. A side of pico, priced at $10, came in an 8oz container that was just half full. Same with their guacamole, $13 - 8oz container of guac has never been more than 3/4 full and was visibly brown the last time I purchased. A $7 order of fries with “extra cheese” barely had any cheese at all—it looked like someone dropped a few shreds on by accident.
At this point, it feels less like corner-cutting and more like blatant disregard for the customer. It’s hard to believe they have many regulars left—perhaps just first-timers who don’t return.
This pattern of overcharging and under-delivering has been going on for far too long. I truly hope they turn things around, but until then, I can’t...
