Went to the showroom on RT 28 in Kingston NY found a sofa we liked got it delivered no problens but had a issue with oneside feeling like a spring or something underneath the sofa was wrong (noticed after the delivery guys left) called at 11am Wed morning gave my name and number went till 2pm I called back and the lady who answered the phone said the techs. We're out on a job and someone will call me back, waited the rest of the day and here it is almost 3pm on Thurs.and still NO CALL BACK

I ordered a bed and headboard and needed a replacement in a hurry. I was given an excellent price, including delivery, set up and removal of my old bed.
